Product Care

 How do I clean my Dog & Taylor products?

 All bandanas and face masks are machine washable. Wash on the gentle cycle with like colors, cold water, and lay flat to air dry. You may iron under a low heat setting.

 For personalized bandanas, iron on the reverse side. DO NOT iron directly on the vinyl.

 For all toys, we recommend spot cleaning only.

 

Sizing

How do I know which size to order?

Slip-On Bandanas Sizing 

NOTE: Slip-On Bandanas are inserted over your dog’s collar, so measurements will be less than your dog’s neck circumference.

X-Small:  7.5 in. x 6 in. – breeds < 9 lbs.

Small:  9.5 in. x 7.5 in. – breeds 9-18 lbs.

Medium:  11.5 in. x 8 in. – breeds 19-59 lbs. 

Large:  13 in. x 9 in. – breeds 60-90 lbs.

X-Large:  14.5 in. x 9.5 in. – breeds > 90 lbs.

Shipping

 Where does Dog & Taylor ship?

 Dog & Taylor ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $35 qualify for free shipping.

 We also ship internationally to any location accessible by major carriers. 

 

 How much does shipping cost?

 All domestic orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping. For domestic orders under $35, our standard shipping fee is $4.

 Need it sooner? No problem! Select either $9 Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) or $27 Express Shipping (next business day) at checkout.

 

 When will I receive my order?

 Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, your package will typically arrive within 5-7 business days with standard shipping in the U.S. and 14+ business days internationally.

 Priority shipping packages arrive within 2-3 business days. Express shipping orders arrive on the next business day if placed by 3 p.m.

 For custom orders please allow an additional 3-5 days for your product to be customized and shipped.

 If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please email us at woof@dogandtaylor.com and we will do our best to make sure your order arrives by your desired date.

 Please Note: USPS is currently experiencing some delays with shipping and orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

 How can I check the status of my order?

 Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, carriers may take 1-2 business days to update your tracking information once your order has shipped.

 If you have any questions about the status of your order, please reach out to us and we will provide you with more information.

 

 How can I change my shipping address?

 If the shipping address you entered at checkout is incorrect, please email woof@dogandtaylor.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we are not able to change the destination of the package.

Returns & Exchanges

 What is your refund policy?

 Dog & Taylor does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will do our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

 Can I change or cancel my order?

 If you would like to request a change or cancel your order, please email woof@dogandtaylor.com at your earliest convenience. Please note that after your order has shipped, we are not able to change or cancel the order.
