Where does Dog & Taylor ship? 
Dog & Taylor ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $40 qualify for free shipping.

We also ship internationally to any location accessible by major carriers. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and are non-refundable. We offer international shipping via USPS and DHL. Once packages arrive in the destination country, they are handled by the local carrier in that country. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package or customs delays.

Dog & Taylor is not responsible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to stop or change the destination of the package.

 

What if my order did not arrive? 
Dog & Taylor cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our location, we rely on the mail carriers to deliver your packages. Delays may occur as well as other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be given for missing packages once the item leaves our location, as this is out of our control. For missing packages please contact the mail carrier directly.
